DISCIPLESHIP FORMATION ROADMAP

Below is a diagram of how people can begin to develop their relationship with God in our community. Everything we do – from small groups to classes to events – helps facilitate transformation in our community rule of life.  By no means is this the only way to grow or get involved at NLF, but this is a step-by-step process for those who are interested in a specific roadmap toward growth and involvement.

Step 1 – If you’re new to our church and connect through a 1) Small Group Connection Event, 2) Sunday Service, 3) Outreach, or our 4) Community Development Corporation, we encourage you to join either a Small Group or Alpha.

Step 2 – If you have not been baptized yet, we highly encourage you to participate in our baptism class and celebration!

Step 3 – Attend our “Joining the Family at New Life Fellowship” Class to learn about our community and make a commitment as a member.

Step 4 – Attend our Rule of Life Weekend 1, where you’ll meet new people and learn valuable tools to grow in the areas of Prayer and Rest. There is one Rule of Life Weekend 1 Retreat per year.

Step 5 – Attend our Rule of Life Weekend 2, where you’ll meet new people and learn valuable tools to grow in the areas of Work and Community. There is one Rule of Life Weekend 2 Retreat per year.

Step 6 – Get involved in serving or leading, and continue to attend any classes or events that you’d like to participate in.
